RELAY NIGHT

Relay night is Friday, May 18, Hazel Green High School Football Field.  Join us for a fun, filled, family night!  Peace, Love, & Cure will be selling Walking Tacos; BBQ Stuffed Potatoes; and BBQ Sandwiches!  Our booth is halfway down on the visitors' side of the field!  The Luminaries will be at 10:00 P.M.

Team T-Shirts

If you need to order team t-shirt(s), let me know, or see sheet in the workroom.  We need all orders by Friday, March 23.  Payment due upon delivery. 

Price will be the same as last year $12.00...add $2.00 for sizes 2XL and 3XL add $3.00 for 4XL and 5XL. Price and size list is below:

 youth 2-4, 6-8, 10-12, 14-16 

adult Small, medium, large and extra large

adult 2xl, 3xl, 4xl and 5xl

Youth and adult are the same price $12.00

2XL and 3XL are $14.00

4XL and 5XL are $15.00

Wear your favorite hat Friday, March 9!  Hat Passes $0.50.  All donations help our Relay for Life Team achieve our $3,000 goal for this year!

Upcoming Events

It is Relay for Life time again!  Several Walnut Grove teachers and employees are involved with our area Relay for Life.  Relay is scheduled for Friday, May 18, at Hazel Green High School football field.  Mark your calendars now and plan to attend!

We have several activities planned prior to Relay night.  These include: 

·         March 9^th Hat Pass Day!  $.50 Send to the office for a Pass!  

·         March 12 we will be sending out a letter for the Easter Egg Orders!  Send your friends here an Easter Candy Gram!  All orders should be in by April 3.  The Easter Bunny will hop around with the eggs on April 5!

·         April 20 is set for Parent’s Night Out, 5:00 -9:00 PM

         (Walnut Grove Students only)

Come out for a fun-filled night!  Enjoy pizza and snacks!

More information will be sent home at a later date.

We need candy donations for our Easter eggs!  100% of our fund raising efforts are donated to the American Cancer Society.  Each student that donates a bag of candy will be invited to a Moon Bounce & Popsicle Party (date to be announced).  We need candy small enough to fit inside the eggs!  Small chocolate eggs, bunny coins, assorted small Easter candy, etc. works great!  Please send in your donation as soon as possible!

Team Captains Meeting Update:
Our Team has been awarded Bronze Team status!  This was based upon our past fundraising total.  Our goal this year - make Silver Team Status!
